Allison Kuhr is an artist and digital illustrator with a passion for conveying emotion via visual storytelling. She draws in a variety of styles ranging from cartooning to realism, with experience in character design, illustration, sequential art, and storyboarding. She has worked in commercial illustration, as well as independent project development, and enjoys working with clients to realize concepts into final art. 
Allison has a real love for the comics industry, and is currently developing her own comic, Wingman. She is an avid comic reader, and believes in the power of evocative, character-driven media to create meaningful connection. She specializes in comic-style illustrations, which she creates under the moniker, Baxrbee.
Allison is an alumna of Toledo School for the Arts, and she graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2019 with a degree in art and Spanish. She went on to work in commercial illustration, and now operates as a freelance artist full-time.
Allison is known for having an element of whimsy in her art, and strives to portray a triumphant love of life through vibrant expression in her work.
